78 Attend Jackson County Teacher Training Institute

There are seventy-six girls and two boys which shows that the war has already taken several of our young men from the county. Miss Stella EMMONS of Grand Rapids is here again this year, instructing the teachers in the Palmer method of penmanship. She has been here three years and always gives the best of satisfaction.
